Dance Fitness for Kids!

Looking for a fun way to help your child stay active, build confidence and make new friends? These Dance Fitness for Kids classes are all about enjoying movement, learning new routines and discovering just how much fun being active can be. Led by experienced instructor Dee Owen, each session combines upbeat music, energetic dance and fitness in a positive, encouraging environment where every child is welcome.

There are no auditions, no pressure to be the best, and no previous dance experience needed. Instead, children are encouraged to have a go, celebrate one another's achievements and grow in confidence week by week.

Whether your child loves to dance or simply enjoys moving to music, they'll leave each session feeling happier, stronger and more confident than when they arrived.

Meet in the Parish Centre, next to St George's Church.
