MileShy Meet Up – Mental Health Support Group
MileShy Meet Up is a free mental health support group, where every session is structured around a health and wellness theme. The group offers a safe space where you can meet like-minded people in a supportive, home-from-home setting.
Mile Shy Club have been funded by the Achieve Recovery Fund to work with people aged 16+ living in Trafford. The group is aimed at people in recovery or people that are thinking about changing their relationship with alcohol and/or drugs. Register your interest on the Mile Shy Club website.
