Music for Wellbeing
This group is open to anyone who is interested to learn more about song writing and music, and an opportunity for musical individuals to share the space in this group with likeminded people.
The group focuses on how music affects our wellbeing and each session has a different focus and activity, ranging from song writing, sound collecting, percussion instruments, sound bathing and experimenting with music.
