Thursday Afternoon Children’s Creative Writing Club at Stretford Library

Join this Children’s Creative Writing Group at Stretford Library for a fun-filled adventure with words.

Through games, writing challenges and imaginative activities, children can invent characters, create exciting worlds, write stories and poems, and discover just how much fun putting their ideas to paper can be.

Creative writing also helps children strengthen literacy, vocabulary and communication skills, while encouraging imagination and creative thinking. There’s no need to be a brilliant speller or already love writing. The emphasis is on having a go, using your imagination and enjoying being creative.

It's completely free but places are limited – just register your interest by emailing libraries@trafford.gov.uk or calling 0161 912 3189.
