Trafford Libraries Friday Lunchtime Online Readers' Group
Can't get to the library in person? Let the library come to you with Trafford Libraries' Online Library Readers' Group.
Our Online Library Readers' Group is perfect for anyone who loves reading but finds it difficult to attend a group in person. Whether travel, work, caring responsibilities or other commitments make it hard to visit the library, you can still enjoy all the benefits of being part of a friendly community of readers.
Each month, members read a selected title and meet online to share thoughts, discuss characters and themes, and discover different perspectives. From contemporary fiction and gripping page-turners to memoirs, classics and bestselling favourites, every book offers something new to explore.
Reading groups are a wonderful way to broaden your reading horizons, discover authors you might not otherwise choose and enjoy stimulating conversation with fellow book lovers. They can also help boost wellbeing and provide a regular opportunity to connect with others through a shared interest.
No literary expertise is required, just a curiosity about books and a willingness to join the discussion. Whether you're a long-time reader or looking to get back into reading, you'll find a warm welcome waiting.
Stay connected through books – join Trafford Libraries Online Readers Group on Microsoft Teams.
