OT Creative Space
OT Creative Space is a creative hub bringing together both the community of Old Trafford and socially engaged artists. Their aim is to inspire, support and encourage creative practices, with a bias towards the visual arts. OT Creative Space does this through shared space, collaborative work and opportunities that reflect the diversity and environment of the area they are situated in.
Curious? Head to the weekly drop in every Wednesday from 1-3pm for a brew on the bench, to have a chat, see the studio and find out what they're about. You can view OT Creative Space's window gallery from the pavement every day between 9am and 10pm, with exhibitions changing every few weeks. There's also a regular programme of workshops, classes and events on site.
The community space at OT Creative Space is available for hire for your own workshops or events, and there's an affordable shared artist studio space in the basement area along with an accessible studio at the rear of the community space.

The nearest tram stop is Trafford Bar, which is around a 10-minute walk from the studio. Trafford Bar is served by trams to and from: Manchester Piccadilly, Manchester Victoria, Altrincham, Bury, East Didsbury, Rochdale and Manchester Airport (with one change if required).
From Trafford Bar tram stop, exit onto Seymour Grove, walk south along Seymour Grove towards Chorlton. Turn left onto Ayres Road at the first set of lights. Continue for approximately 5–7 minutes. You'll find OT Creative Space on the righthand side.
🚆 By Train
The easiest mainline stations are Manchester Piccadilly, Manchester Oxford Road or Manchester Victoria. From any of these stations, follow signs to the Metrolink, take a tram to Trafford Bar and walk approximately 10 minutes to OT Creative Space.
🚌 By Bus
The nearest bus stop is Brook's Bar, just a two to three minutes’ walk from OT Creative Space.
Get off at Brook's Bar, walk along Shrewsbury Street and turn left onto Ayres Road. Continue for around 200 metres. OT Creative Space is on the lefthand side.
The following bus routes are all within walking distance: 15, 86, 250, 255, 256, 283
