Meditation Group
Join this gentle, relaxing meditation group on Wednesdays. Meditation has been used for thousands of years to help manage stress and worry. It is now recognised as beneficial for both physical and mental health. This group focuses on promoting wellbeing through gentle relaxation techniques.
You don't need to bring anything with you and the sessions are guided, so are suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators.
