Mindfulness

Feel the benefits of a peaceful mind in the busy world in which we find ourselves today by practicing mindfulness.

Understand the process and the principles of mindfulness through a short interactive informal introduction, followed by a 40-minute guided mindfulness meditation and a question and answer discussion.

This is not a class; this is not a course. This is a safe, calm and relaxing environment where like-minded people can enjoy the practice of mindfulness through experienced guidance.

This session takes place by video call every Monday from 7pm-8.15pm. On the first Monday of every month, you can either join online or in person at the Community Room at The Cafe in the Park.

If you are interested in attending, please email Andrew, the mindfulness facilitator, at andrewr@thecfc.org.uk. Andrew will then send you further details of how to join.
