Music Jamming Session
Ever wanted to learn an instrument and play music with others? Come along and join Mal and Graham for a fun, informal jam session where you can pick up an instrument, learn new skills, and enjoy making music in a friendly and supportive environment.
These sessions are particularly suitable for beginners who would like to learn the guitar, bass guitar, or drums, with guidance and encouragement from experienced musicians. Whether you've never played before or you're looking to refresh skills you haven't used for a while, you'll be supported to learn at your own pace and build confidence as part of a group.
The focus is on having fun, experimenting with music, and playing together rather than formal lessons or performances. Participants can develop their musical skills, improve coordination and confidence, and enjoy the social benefits of learning alongside others who share an interest in music.
No previous experience is required, and instruments are available to use, so there's no need to own any equipment. Simply come along, get involved, and discover the enjoyment of jamming with others in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
The sessions are free to attend and open to everyone.
