Wellbeing Day

Don't miss this gentle, uplifting Wellbeing Day filled with movement, mindfulness and community connection. Take time for yourself, meet friendly faces, and leave feeling restored.

From morning yoga tasters and energising Zumba, to afternoon Pilates, Dharma yoga, Somatics and a closing meditation, you can dip into any session for £5, or enjoy the whole day with a £30/£40 Day Pass.

Day passes can be pre-booked to secure your space. Single classes can be paid for on the day on a first come first served basis. Doors will open at 9.30am for the first class, which begins at 10am. The last class will end at 4pm.

From 12pm-1pm all classes will be on break for lunch. There will be a café serving drinks and snacks. You are also welcome to bring a packed lunch or to go out for lunch.
