From the M60, exit at Junction 9 and take the A5081 towards Stretford and Lostock. Continue on the A5081 (Parkway) and follow signs for Lostock; Lostock Library is located on Selby Avenue just off Barton Road.
Travelling here by train
Alight at Trafford Park railway station for the shortest onward journey to Lostock Library. From the station, take bus 294, 245, or 256 towards Stretford; alight at Lostock Road/Derbyshire Lane West, then walk approximately 5 minutes along Barton Road to the library. Walking directly from Trafford Park station takes about 20 minutes. Local bus services are operated by Transport for Greater Manchester.

Starting from the Stretford Leisure Centre on Chester Road, walk east along the A56 (Chester Road) for about 4 minutes, passing the Tesco Express and Lostock Park on your right. Turn right at Selby Road and continue for 1 minute; Lostock Library is located within the Lostock Park pavilion building, just ahead on your left. Look for library signage near the park entrance. Walking time is approximately 5 minutes.
