Thursday Rhymetime at Urmston Library
Sing, clap, wiggle and smile at Rhymetime! Join this fun and engaging session of songs, nursery rhymes, actions and movement for babies, toddlers and their grown-ups.
Rhymetime helps children build communication and listening skills, learn the sounds that form the building blocks of reading and encourages coordination. It’s a wonderful way to support early development while having lots of fun!
Rhymetime also gives children the chance to socialise, be part of a group and build confidence. For grown-ups, it's a great opportunity to spend quality time with their little one, meet other families and discover everything the library has to offer.
Jump up high, then touch the ground,
Let's make lots of rhyming sounds!
Sing, shake, wiggle and sway,
Come to Rhymetime and play today!
It's completely free and there is no need to sign up or book a place - places are allocated on a first-come first-served basis. Just come along and join in!
