Monday Morning Gentle Mat Yoga at Urmston Library
Stretch, strengthen and find a little calm in your week with Gentle Mat Yoga!
Head to Urmston Library for this relaxed Hatha Flow yoga class, ideal for beginners or anyone who prefers to practise yoga at a slower, more mindful pace. The session combines traditional yoga poses with gentle functional movements to stretch, strengthen and mobilise the whole body.
You don't need to be super flexible or an experienced yogi to join in - just wear something comfortable and come along ready to move at your own pace.
Mats are provided but feel free to bring your own. There's no need to book, although places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis - tickets go on sale 30 minutes before the session start time.
