We Are One Meetup
This social group is for neurodivergent adults in Trafford. The group meets once a month for social activities and a chance to catch up. There are a variety of activities to get involved in, as well as a quiet space to relax.

Mile Shy Club Walking Group
Fully inclusive, gentle one-mile walks for people of all abilities, led by Advanced Walk Leaders experienced in supporting those with long-term physical and mental health conditions.
