Women's Yoga Workshop

Join this Women’s Yoga Workshop with Theatre of the Senses and discover the benefits of yoga for both physical and mental wellbeing. These welcoming sessions provide a supportive environment where women can take time for themselves, improve their health, and develop a greater connection between body and mind.

Suitable for both complete beginners and those with previous yoga experience, the workshops offer gentle guidance through a range of yoga practices designed to improve flexibility, strength, balance, and relaxation. Participants are encouraged to work at their own pace, making the sessions accessible and enjoyable regardless of fitness level or experience.

The workshops also provide an opportunity to connect with other women in a friendly and inclusive setting, creating a positive space for self-care, learning, and personal growth. Whether you're looking to improve your fitness, reduce stress, or simply try something new, these sessions offer a welcoming introduction to the benefits of yoga.

Places are limited, so booking in advance is recommended. To book your place or find out more, please contact Corrine on 07709 291176.
