Taekwondo Classes

Taekwondo classes for kids, juniors, teens and adults. Classes are run at different times based on age group:
5pm – Kids
6:15pm – Juniors
7:30pm – Teens and Adults

Discover the exciting world of Taekwondo, a Korean martial art and Olympic sport that combines physical fitness, discipline, self-defence skills, and personal development.

Led by experienced instructors, sessions teach a range of Taekwondo techniques, including kicking, striking, blocking, movement, and practical self-defence skills. As well as developing martial arts ability, regular participation can help improve fitness, flexibility, balance, coordination, focus, and self-confidence.

Whether you're completely new to martial arts or looking to continue your Taekwondo journey, the classes are designed to accommodate all experience levels. Participants are encouraged to progress at their own pace while enjoying the challenge and achievement that comes with learning new skills.

Classes cost £6 per session, and your first taster session is completely free, making it easy to give it a try before committing. Family discounts are also available, making it an affordable activity for households looking to get active together.
